Overview

Premier Compliance carried out comprehensive compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections across Arrowe Park, a busy acute hospital operating around the clock. We recorded over 14,000 breaches to the fire walls, building an asset list with dimensions and service types and marking every breach on drawings to drive the firestopping and partitioning works.

The Trust has since used our surveys to tender the works and has engaged us for additional fire-safety inspections across its estate.

  • 14,000 breaches documented with clear remedial guidance.
  • Immediate remedial work on 50 fire doors; 300 fire dampers identified for replacement.
  • Supported the Trust's bid for £35 million in fire-safety funding.
